These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EarnBack mobile application ("App") operated by Cohesive Network Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
To access certain features (such as saving preferences), you may create an account using your email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The App displays cashback and loyalty points offers sourced from publicly available information. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all offers displayed are current, complete, or error-free. Always verify offers directly with the relevant platform before making purchase decisions.
The App is an information comparison tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, a recommendation, or an endorsement of any platform, merchant, or offer.
The App, its design, code, and content are owned by Cohesive Network Limited. Brand names and logos displayed within the App belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cohesive Network Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or missed cashback opportunities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

我們可能會不時更新本條款。在變更後繼續使用應用程式即表示接受更新的條款。
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並依其解釋。
