Cohesive Network Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the EarnBack mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address or phone number and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Device Information: We collect basic device identifiers (device model, operating system version) for device registration and security purposes.

Preferences: If you create an account, we store your brand filter preferences to personalise your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication: To create and manage your account securely.
• Personalisation: To remember your brand filter and display preferences across devices.
• Security: To verify device integrity and prevent abuse.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in AWS DynamoDB with encryption at rest enabled. All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms before storage.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. When you tap "Go to best offer", you are redirected to the merchant's website or a cashback platform's website via your device's default browser.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Device registration tokens are retained for security purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
